Have no time to create anything, easy. Baguette Margarita Pizza is the easy way to go.  They remind me of my childhood and this is a recipe that keeps getting modified but passed on from one generation to the next.

Ingredients:
- 5-6 boiled and skinned tomatos. Diced.
- 1 long baguette or 2, either plain or with sesame seeds.
- mozzarella cheese
- oregano
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Method:
1- boil your tomatoes, skin them, dice them and put them back in the pan.
2- add as much olive oil you like, salt and pepper and some oregano.
3- crush the tomatoes, let it simmer until the tomatoes become a bit thick and more of a paste.
4- slice your baguette, place them on a baking tray and sprinkle them with olive oil.
5- add some of the tomato paste on each slice and put plenty of mozzarella cheese.
6- sprinkle with oregano and in the oven the tray goes.
7- the cheese melts and becomes golden brown, that when your easy and quick pizza is done and you are to.
8- serve.
