Yes I do have a thing for Asian food and I really love anything that come on a plate either from India or Thailand. Yet this time I craved for some Chinese noodles. Not hard to make in a very short period of time. Especially when my latest technique is marinade and cook the meat or whatever with its marinade. So, here we go, fancy an easy way to make noodles, follow the recipe below:

Ingredients:

Noodles, Chicken on bones, thinly sliced onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, chicken stock cube, 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped parsley, 1 lime juice, oyster sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce. (if needed some water, salt and pepper for seasoning.)

First the marinade: your chicken, 3- 4 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs oyster sauce, 2 tbs sesame oil, 3 crushed cloves of garlic, 1 lime juice, mixed together and left on a side until cooking time.

some veg oil and sesame oil in the pan, and stir up your onion and when it quite tender, add your chicken with its marinade. There will be water coming from the chicken along with the marinade so no worries, it makes the everything even better.

Add your veggies and as soon as it starts to become tender stir a bit and add all the noodles on top.

When adding the noodles on top of the mixture below in the pan. Put the oven on very low and cover the pan. The noodles will cook alone. After some time, mix it all together. The noodles will become tender and lovely then you are all ready to serve. Well before doing that, make sure you check that everything is seasoned well. If its not then use the chicken stock cube with some water, and drizzle some soy and very little oyster sauces and in the end a few drops of sesame oil.

Serve.
