Love cheese, or even better love spicy food. Jalapeno Poppers are really good to serve as appetizers. Normaly, you'll find them ready to fry from Spinneys, Abella.... etc, but how about making them at home.

Ingredients:
Jalapeno peppers: slices in half and boiled for 2 mins maximum.
Philadelphia Cheese
Cheddar Cheese (The more the merrier)
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Gloves
Oil for frying

Step 1: mix 3/4 of the Philadelphia cheese with 2 large handfuls of Cheddar cheese. I used Kraft mixed cheddar and mozzarella but I recommend cheddar cheese.
Step 2: Get a slice of jalapeno pepper and fill it with the cheese mixture. A tiny hill of cheese will do. Repeat to fill all the jalapeno pepper slices.
Step 3: from the cheese side of the popper, dip it in the breadcrumbs.
step 4: them dip cover each of the poppers in egg, covering all sides.
step 5: after covering the popper with the first coat of breadcrumbs, apply a second coat. Make sure you cover the poppers properly as shown in the picture; to prevent the cheese to melt out when frying.
step 6: fry the poppers until they become golden brown in color and the cheese melts.
step 7: place the poppers on a plate and serve.
Jalapeno Poppers is really tasty, but make sure you like spicy food and your stomach can handle it, I don't want anyone getting sick. kay.

- 4 cloves of garlic grated
- less than a quarter slice of butter - melted
- mozzarella cheese
- gauryer cheese
- chopped spring onions or anything you like to garnish with, oregano would do

Method:
1- slice the bread into medium slanted slices and place them on a cooking tray.
2- melt the butter in a pan.
3- add the grated garlic to the butter and mix it.
4- spread some garlic butter on the slices of bread.
5- it a choice, you can put the bread for a minute or two in the oven now, or wait.
6- spread some mozzarella cheese on the butter spread.
7- speed some gauryer cheese on the mozzarella.
8- garnish with the chopped spring onions.
9- put the tray in the oven and wait for the cheese to melt and gives a golden brown/red crust on the edges.

Serve.

- 1/4 small onion
- 1/4 bell pepper
- coriander

- olive oil
- salt and pepper for seasoning

Method:
1: chop all the veg ingredients into small tiny pieces (tomato, onion and bell pepper= small cubes)
2: Put them all the veg. ingredients in a bowl and add salt and pepper, olive oil and lime > and mix
3: transfer in a display plate and oil-free fry the papa dums.
4: get a pan and put you papa dums, they will start bubbling up, when almost all is bubbled, flip it to the other side for few seconds. If you want to curl them up, do that while they are hot but be careful not to burn your fingers.
